Anytime you want them as far as I know.
Fantastic food. Local atmosphere. Everything is delicious. Great place for kids too. Come VERY hungry - everything from the veggie plate to the ice cream is included in your meal.
Excellent top sirloin; cooked just the way I like it. Tried jo-jo's for the first time (baked potato sliced and deep fried) - probably not good for the waistline, but so-so good! Staff was friendly and very personable. Highly recommend.
We had a great dinner. Service was really good and the food was well worth the trip. Thanks to the staff for a great evening.
My favorite place in the world since the early '80's!
Great service, great food! Still coming here for over twenty five years! Love it!
The food is unbelievable. The bad news is, it was so cold we shivered throughout our meal. They told us they shut it off but we could still air blowing on us. We got a blanket out of our car. Cost $100 to freeze. Ridiculous. Did I mention it was cold.
The food wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. Good service and friendly staff. Could use a decor update on the dining side.
Extra stars for atmosphere. We tried Sir Scott's about 10 years ago and didn't love it, but thought we'd give it another go. The steak fingers were good without the massive coating of fried-ness. It was over priced for the quality ($50 for 4 beers, a plate of steak fingers and fries). Love the small town, but we won't be going again.
The food is still good but services have dropped. Went with friends and after we ordered our food they didn’t talk to us again for refills or anything until our food came. The tables on either side of us sat after us and finished their food after us and they received their desert and check while we sat for twenty minutes with glasses empty and waiting for desert we already paid for before we just got up to leave and pay at the counter. DON’T go there go to land of magic better food and lots better service
Great prime rib. My friends loved the porterhouse. Would definitely go back.
Love their prime rib dinner, it is excellent! The service mostly sucks and you could wait a good hour once you order to get you dinner. I have no idea why it's so slow?! I have had many steak or prime rib meals from many different locations and states... I have waited by far the longest here.
Friendly people and good food. Came to visit after several years and I miss the old bar!
Expect to be waiting a while, not to get your dessert, and to watch the tables around you be served and leave before you get your food and then your bill. They treated our table like we had done something wrong and ignored us except for the 3 times they came to the table in 3 hours. I would not recommend this place to my enemy. Great food, bad service. Used excuses that they were busy when they were sitting around talking.
Erytime I come to this location I am never displeased. The service, the food even the drink is on point and I find myself wanting more. The steak stips and seafood are worth coming back for. I have yet to treat myself to some most delicious crab recipes that are offered and I have yet to find something I dont like. Thank you sir Scott's, I am glad you are here
Good place to eat, not far from Bozeman. They are famous for their steak fingers so that's what I got. The large portion is enough for 3 meals I kid you not. Also tried a Huckleberry liquor which was an interesting experience. They have a good mix of craft local Montana beers. Solid place to eat.
Amazing streak and fabulous friendly service! Prices very reasonable and meals come with tons of food. Steak was cooked perfectly and was tender and juicy! We will definitely return here if passing through again! Highly recommend this steakhouse, you will not be disappointed!
For many years it was the top of the heap. Only one other place could compete with the oasis, and that was the Lamp Lighter in Butte. When the Lamp Lighter closed that left the Oasis as the place for prime rib. Now, it's hardly a shadow of its former self. Pretty much everything has changed. The prime rib is now apparently boneless. Slow roasting with the bones attached gave it a flavor that couldn't be duplicated. The last two times I've eaten there have been nothing but disappointing. Basically, the last time I ate there is just that. THE LAST TIME. I could go on, but I'm certain they know what they've done. Unless they go back to their old recipes and quality, it will soon become less and less a place to go for good food in a fun atmosphere.
Food ok, dining room crowded... elbow to elbow tables.... nice wait staff. They rinse their salad, which is good, but they consistently serve it wet. They would do well to purchase a salad spinner. This is a reason I don’t want to eat there as often as my husband. 😐
This is a favorite we bring all our out-of-town friends and family to experience now. The steaks are a delicious thick slice of Montana and all of them have loved it. It’s the old-fashioned steak supper club experience that anyone passing through Montana should stop and savor! (And be sure to show up hungry. The portions are sized to feed a hardworking cowpoke who hasn’t eaten since breakfast.)This place is clearly a favorite of locals - it’s not just Manhattan residents eating here, anyone who lives in Gallatin County has likely made a special trip for the amazing plate of food you get here. You can look around the crowd and tell. Excellent service. Love the cozy wood-walls-cabin-feeling atmosphere. Automatic Veggie/pickle tray to start and Ice Cream for dessert.
Wonderful steak! Fun environment. Happy staff! Clean. I will return.
Steaks are somewhat good but not good enough for the price. The sea food or should I say the crab suck 67 dollars for 24oz that is sliced length wise and was cold before they even got to the table. Anyone know of a decent place to get a good steak or sea food around the bozeman area ?
i called 6 times and i still have not gotten a anwser i do not recommend calling i recommend going in.
Finger steaks I love you! Just a classic local spot that is diapering in the slow and steady development crawl hell that is the modern Gallatin Valley. "The Oasis", "The O", whatever you call it it still continues on as one of my favorite places to celebrate something or get a bit out of town. Personal highlights are the aforementioned fingersteaks, best prime rib although I usually get the rib steak. PS. The scallops are fantastic! Bar side is open seating reservations in the dining room.
The staff was friendly and kind. The food here is good, you get large portions and it's never disappointing. I've had the baked potato twice here and they are grown within 2 miles of the restaurant, fries are good but try the baked potato first. The last time I took my parents here and they loved it. My mom commented on the staff and my dad commented on how he was unable to finish his stake. Wait time was about 30 minutes. To be expected. Can't rush your food.I have brought my kids here but I'd say this is a place you take a date or enjoy with adults. Children can become restless waiting for food and they don't appreciate the atmosphere or service. But if you being them they do have a kids menu and if you want you can order one adult dish and get an additional plate and split it. That's what we do or the kids waist it. It's too good to be wasted.I had the halibut this time and was given fresh lemon slices to squeeze over it. It was great.
We stopped by for dinner last night, & ordered King Crab legs and the bone-in Ribeye. Although service was extremely slow (ate the first half of our meals without drinks, etc), the food was SO delicious that we’re still giving 5 stars👍🏼. The horseradish we asked for with the Ribeye was SO incredibly fresh, the steak itself was cooked to perfection, baked potato was on point, cottage cheese was yummy, side salads were good, beer was cold, & both their ranch and blue cheese dressings were spot on (obviously homemade with big chunks of blue cheese, etc...). DELISH😍!!! 100% recommend👍🏼 (as long as you’re not in a big hurry). We’ll definitely be back!
Great food and service, make sure you make a reservation. The wait was definitely worth it though. Love this place
We headed back from Butte and stopped in. Only room in the bar and that was just fine with us! We ordered up dinner and had a great time. VERY yummy steaks. The whole meal was awesome. A MUST VISIT IN MONTANA!
Well.....came highly recomended.However.....I remember asking where to get a rawhide chew for my dog.Way over priced for the over cooked grisley steak I received. When the waitress asked how my food was I told her the steak was really bad...said she was sorry and gave me the bill. No consideration for a lousy meal.Next time I won't be putting any more wear on my brake pads when I drive by.
Best steak I've had in quite a while!
Amazing food and amazing service, great quality and quantity for the price
